Overdesign calculated by HTRI (1137.9 %) is pretty good. You can see that HTRI UA is almost 1172.86% higher than the calculated UA. Therefore, calculated UA =Q/ LMTD=2989.55 W/K You can also check your results manually as follows: I have attached the Hysys findings herewith. I have checked the results with Hysys and they are fairly in agreement with HTRI output.
