As with the predecessor Pro Evolution Soccer 4, three licensed leagues exist. With the inclusion of Arsenal and Chelsea, it is the first release of the series to offer fully licensed clubs from the Premier League, one of the game’s three unlicensed leagues. It is also known as World Soccer: Winning Eleven 9 in North America and Japan and is sometimes mislabeled as World Soccer Winning Eleven 9 International. Pro Evolution Soccer 5 is a football video game developed and published by Konami as part of the Pro Evolution Soccer series.
